Shoden in Japanese means 'Beginning teachings"

This is the start of your magical journey to living your life the Reiki Way.
A life that begins to free you from your emotional trappings to bring in a greater level of inner peace, joy and happiness.

You will look at how to practice healing the 'self', the importance of breath, focus and intent. It will also give you the basics to start healing others, including your much loved pets.
